from 952 reviewsI can’t believe it. I never thought a supplement from the internet would work so well! Whenever I take this, I feel dialed in. I used to feel so ashamed of the way I was, but now my focus and attention are better than ever — without the crash!
Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but wow. Focus, clarity, and no nasty side effects. I even feel less reactive emotionally, which has made a big difference at work and home.
It’s not like a coffee buzz, but more like my brain is running smoother. Less mental fatigue and more emotional balance throughout stressful workdays.
I was skeptical, but this has been a game changer for my ADHD. My thoughts feel less chaotic, and I can actually sit and finish tasks without my brain jumping around. No crash either, which is huge for me.
Was honestly just hoping for something to take the edge off and this does. Not wired, just focused. I’ve stopped reaching for coffee at 3pm every day. Way calmer.
so I’ve tried loads of stuff over the years like caffeine pills, some weird mushroom powder, a focus blend someone on reddit swore by, nothing really stuck. this one’s just different. I don’t feel wired or jittery or tired, I just kinda... start things more? and I finish them more often too which is rare for me. there’s no magic burst of energy or anything, but my brain isn’t fighting itself the whole day now. also it didn’t upset my stomach which is a win already lol. not sure exactly what ingredient is doing what, but it works.
I was only recently diagnosed with ADHD, so now the general mayhem of my life makes sense.
I don’t really like my life being full of mayhem, so I have been looking for ways to organize that will actually work with my brain. I am already familiar with Notion due to my job, so I knew I could handle the setup part.
I love it. Not only is the interface nicely-colored and organized, but the customization makes it SO worth it! I have only had it two days and it’s already saved my behind three times!
In fact, my husband bought it too because he was so impressed!
